Empowering women to become who God created them to be. Through biblical truth, lived experiences, and practical tools, I help women break unhealthy cycles, find healing, and boldly walk in their God-given purpose. Whether serving in ministry, speaking on stages, leading in business, or wherever God leads, I am committed to equipping women to embrace who they are and who they are becoming. As I become, I help other women become.
Meet Mica L. English
Mica L. English is an ordained minister, speaker, mentor, entrepreneur, author, and transformational leader committed to helping others discover, embrace, and walk confidently in God's purpose for their lives. She serves as Ministry Leader of MSK Women's Ministry at Open Bible Church in Overlea, Maryland, where she ministers alongside her husband, Dr. Kevin D. English Sr., equipping women to deepen their faith, heal, grow, and lead with confidence.
Mica is also the visionary and founder of Becoming, a transformational movement designed to help women become the woman God created them to be. Through six week cohorts, mentoring, speaking engagements, and resources, Becoming creates intentional space for healing, purpose, and lasting transformation. She is the author of Becoming: The Self-Paced Journey and Becoming: The Homebuyers Edition, and a contributing author to Radiant Resilience.
In the marketplace, Mica is the Owner and CEO of KME Real Estate Management, a boutique property management company serving Maryland and the surrounding counties. Above every professional title, she treasures her role as a wife, mother, and grandmother.
