Who I am
Mica L. English is an ordained minister, speaker, mentor, entrepreneur, author, and transformational leader committed to helping others discover, embrace, and walk confidently in God's purpose for their lives.
Ministry
Mica serves as the Ministry Leader of MSK Women's Ministry at Open Bible Church in Overlea, Maryland, where she ministers alongside her husband, Dr. Kevin D. English Sr. Through teaching, discipleship, and authentic community, she is passionate about equipping women to deepen their faith, heal, grow, and lead with confidence.
Movement
Mica is also the visionary and founder of Becoming, a transformational movement designed to help women become the woman God created them to be. Through six-week cohorts, mentoring, speaking engagements, retreats, and resources, Becoming creates intentional spaces for women to experience healing, purpose, personal growth, and lasting transformation.
As an Author
As an author, Mica is passionate about creating resources that inspire transformation, strengthen faith, and empower others to live with purpose. She is the author of Becoming: The Self-Paced Journey and Becoming: The Homebuyers Edition. She is also a contributing author to Radiant Resilience and a featured contributor to the inaugural edition of It Didn't Kill Me Magazine. Through every book and written contribution, Mica's heart is to encourage readers to embrace healing, grow in faith, and confidently become all God has created them to be.

In the marketplace, Mica is the Owner and CEO of KME Real Estate Management, a boutique property management company serving Maryland and the surrounding counties. She is also a licensed Associate Broker serving clients throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania, providing trusted leadership in property management, residential real estate, and community association management. She believes ministry extends beyond the church walls and strives to lead every business relationship with integrity, excellence, and compassion.

Above every professional title, Mica treasures her role as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her life and leadership are anchored in Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This scripture has been her foundation through every season and fuels her passion for empowering others to live boldly, lead faithfully, and become all God has called them to be.
