Refund Policies

BECOMING COHORT REGISTRATION POLICY

All payments made toward Becoming Cohort registration are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and payments made in full.

Because space is limited and your registration reserves a spot that could otherwise be offered to another participant, no refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend, withdraw from the Cohort, or fail to complete the program.

MERCHANDISE POLICY

All Becoming merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is defective/damaged upon arrival, please contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
